Function description
The selection Sync Consumer or Producer is made in the index I1005h via bit30. Bit 30=1 corresponds to Sync Producer and Bit 30 = 0 corresponds to Sync Consumer (default).
If the Sync-Consumer function is used, a monitoring time in the index I1006h in [µs] can be determined. If during the monitoring time no Sync telegram is received, an emergency telegram with the error code 'FF 00' will be sent. Then the module switches to the status that is defined in the index I1029h subindex 1 (default setting= Pre-Operational).
Applications
The function can be used in applications that require a synchronisation of the system bus.
