L_TT1P_StackerCrane: Oscillation Compensation (OC): Interpolation is not initialised if value table is not completely filled (fixed from V3.23.0)

Corrected from:
L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_LM (from V3.23.0)
Update via Easy Package Manager

Response of the new version:
The TM L_TT1P_StacherCrane calculates the values for the input frequency and for the damping, if a valid data set scPar.ascOscCompData is available. The data set which depends only on the position is also supported.
What happens?
The TM L_TT1P_StackerCrane calculates wrong values for the input frequency and for the damping, which are necessary for the function of the vibration compensation.

When does the behaviour occur?
The data sets scPar.ascOscCompData for the parameterisation of the input frequency and damping are only dependent on the position and not on the load. This means that the values and the damping are no longer interpolated.

Which products are affected?
Function module L_TT1P_StackerCrane from library L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_LM V3.22.0

Short-term measures:
At least one pair of data records scPar.ascOscCompData must also be defined in the TM depending on the load.
