Behaviour of new version:
No warning is triggered if the start position is outside the clock tones. The start position is calculated back into the modulo clock of the axis and taken over. 


What happens?
The technology module does not trigger the warning (xWarning = TRUE, eErorrID = 17003 StartPosOutOfCycleLength).

When does the behaviour occur? 
The start position is set outside the modulo cycle length of the axis (lrStartPos > lrCycleLength).
