Fixed:
Library: L_TW2P_TechModulesWindingTraversing V03.19.00
Behaviour of the new version:
A setpoint jump after an interrupted function JogLine no longer occurs.
Description of the behaviour::
If the winder is moved manually via xJogLinePos or xJogLineNeg, a speed setpoint is switched on without the expected ramp.
Under what conditions does the behaviour occur? ?
If a manual movement of the winder via xJogLinePos or xJogLineNeg has been interrupted before.
This applies when using the TM Winder, for example,
if an xHalt is triggered in parallel,
if a QSP is triggered in parallel,
- or if an STO or axis error is triggered.
Affected products:
Library: L_TW2P_TechModulesWindingTraversing
Short-term measures:
Library update to L_TW2P_TechModulesWindingTraversing V03.19.00 or higher.
If a purely parameterizable TA Winder is used in the i950, this is done by updating the firmware of the basic units to V01.03.07.
In all other cases the library must be replaced in the PLC project.
If an update is not possible, a remedy may be implented. With the condition that interrupts the hand travel, xJogLinePos and xJogLineNeg must also be set to FALSE.
Evaluation/Recommendations:
The setpoint step can result in unexpectedly high torques. The setpoint jumps to the value that was present at the time of the interruption and remains frozen. This may differ significantly from the current and therefore expected setpoint. This behavior occurs each time the manual procedure is restarted. Only after a reset of the PLC application is the expected ramp used again.
