Creating the ACD channel during project compilation

Function extension:
Each machine module is equipped with an ACD channel (AppChannelData structure). The ACD channel can be used to exchange process data between a slave machine module and the higher-level master machine module. To establish this connection (an ACD channel) between master and slave, the slave's ACD structure must be communicated to the master's module applications. So far, the "Create ACD Slave Access" menu command from the context menu of the "A70_MachineModuleSources" folder in the device tree of the PLC Project had to be executed to create the ACD channel.

With ApplicationTemplate Standard project template V3.16, the ACD channel will also be created when the PLC project is compiled (menu command 'Create > Build').
