L_TT1P_FlexCAMState: Unexpectedly high acceleration when declutching (eliminated from V3.17.0)

Eliminated from:
Library:  L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_LM  from  V03.17.0.47
                      (Update via Easy Package Manager)

Behaviour of new version:
The slave drive of the TM FlexCam can always engage or disengage a master drive, even if it is locked.

What happens?
The drive clutched in by the FlexCAM technology module travels with an unexpectedly high acceleration when declutching.

When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs with the following clutch settings:
  • eSyncMode := L_TT1P_SYNCMODE.Ramp_VelAcc
  • eSyncDirection := L_TT1P_SYNCDIRECTION.mcNegativeDirection
The master drive is a real axis.
- The master drive is inhibited (xRegulatorOn = FALSE).
- The slave drive is clutched in with xSyncCam = TRUE.
- When xCamSynchronised  = TRUE, the slave drive is declutched with xSyncCam = FALSE.

Which products are affected?
L_TT1P_FlexCAMState function block in the L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_LM library (V03.13.01.25 and higher)
Short-term measures:
The function restriction will not occur if one of the following measures is taken:
  • Activate declutching as long as the master drive is enabled.
  • Use the xSyncOutInstant function for declutching.
Evaluation/recommendations:
If the above-described short-term measures are observed, the slave drive can be declutched.
