L_TT1P_FlyingSaw: Acceleration and deceleration parameters are swapped (corrected from V3.10.0.21)

Response of the new version:
Now the correct ramps are used for synchronisation.

The selected acceleration and deceleration ramps do correspond to the acceleration and deceleration ramps actually executed.
 
When does this behaviour occur? 
- when synchronising with the material position.
- when moving to the next cutting position
 
When does this behaviour not occur?
- when making gaps 
 
Which products are affected?
L_TT1P_FlyingSaw function block from L_TT1P_FlyingSaw_LM libary (V3.10.0.17 and higher) 
 
Evaluation/recommendations:
The lrSyncAcc and lrSyncDec parameters are swapped.
