Functional description
The actual position is saved to the inverter prior to mains disconnection and resumed as actual position after mains connection. The 'home position available' status is set.
This function, which has always been performed directly with absolute value encoders, can now also be fulfilled with incremental encoder systems (HTL, TTL, resolver, single-turn absolute value encoders).
For this purpose, the application must ensure that the position of the mechanics does not change during mains disconnection.
This function can be activated via parameter C02652.
Applications
Positioning applications which operate with fewer homings without the need for absolute encoder systems.
For this purpose, the mechanical position must not be changed during mains disconnection!
