New default value for code C13881 and C14881 (response time for exiting operational)

Functional description
The Lenze code C13881 and C14881 now has the default value '0' instead of the previous default value '65535' (function switched off). Due to this, the error response to communication faults set in code C13880/1 and C14880/1 takes effect immediately.
