The 'EtherCAT' and 'Profinet' communication units are supported as of 8400 motec firmware V03.01.00.13. I.e. trouble-free commissioning is only possible from this firmware version on. The'EtherNet/IP' communication unit is supported as of 8400 motec firmware V04.01.00.00 l.e. trouble-free commissioning is only possible from this firmware version on. If the Ethernet-based communication units are used with older firmware versions, the error message 01.0144.00002 will be indicated. This error cannot be acknowledged or reset.
