Integration of the current OPC servers

Function description
The following current OPC servers are installed together with L-force Loader V4.4:

Communication software
• Drive Server V1.3.1.6
• Diagnostic bus server V0.5.8.0
• CAN bus server V2.2.1.0
• Ethernet bus server V0.4.4.0
• Lecom bus server V2.1.5.0

The communication software version can be found out via the menu command ? -> About....
