Floppy disk containing GSD / GSE files is not longer included in the scope of supply

Question:
Why are all Lenze Profibus communication modules nowadays supplied without a floppy disk containing the GDS - GSE files?

Answer:
Nowadays floppy disks are no longer up-to-date since most new computers no longer have a floppy disk drive. The Internet is the information media today. Therefore, the GSD and GSE files for the Lenze Profibus communication modules are provided on the service area of the Lenze home page.  Morover, these files are also included on the electronic Lenze catalogue 'DSC'.
