REF, DFSET: Connections between both FBs are eliminated by default

Function description
Due to the default there were unused connections between the function blocks REF and DFSET. These connections have been eliminated now, so that – due to the displays in the function block editor of the GDC – the user does not erroneously enter these function blocks into the processing table.
Consequently, the unexpected activation of the P03 following error monitoring of the DFSET as a following error is inhibited.
