Home position is not reset in case of resolver error

Which products are concerned?
Template Positioner as of V3.1

Problem description:
After a response of the resolver wire breakage monitoring function (Sd2), the home position is not reset.

When does the problem occur?
This restriction only affects absolute axes with limited travel ranges requiring a home position.
In addition, one of the following conditions has to be met when the resolver wire breakage monitoring function responds:
• The response of the resolver wire breakage monitoring function (Sd2) is either set to warning (C586 = 2) or deactivated (C0586 = 3)
• Within 10ms, an error with the same or a higher priority occurs. Therewith, the template doesn't detect the resolver error.

Possible diagnostics?
A resolver error can be produced by simply disconnecting the resolver plug from the device. The restriction exists when g_bHomePositionAvailable is not reset to FALSE.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
When a resolver wire breakage is indicated via g_wErrorNumber = 82, the home position has to be reset by setting g_bHomePositionReset = TRUE.

Evaluation
The behaviour doesn't occur when the resolver wire breakage monitioring function is activated (Lenze setting). It only occurs when the response of the monitoring function is consciously set to 'warning'.
The behaviour can easily be detected.
