Answer:
1. The device data update No. x (GUx) is not installed:
Remedy:
Download of the GUx from the Lenze Homepage in order to ensure that the required device data files (PDB files) are available for the GD Loader.
2. The search path for the device description files in the Drive Server is not set correctly:
Remedy:
Set the correct search path in the Drive Server as follows:
a) Start the GD Loader
b) Start the 'Drive Server Configurator' under the menu item 'Options'
c) Call up the 'PDB paths' of the Lenze Drive Server under the menu item 'Configuration' and adjust the path accordingly if necessary, e. g.: C:\Programs\Lenze\DriveServer\PDB\049
