CAN-Sync transmitting cycle (C0369) depends on C4062 in case of ECS Posi&Shaft

Question:
Why is in case of ECS Posi&Shaft the code C0369 for the CAN transmitting cycle automatically overwritten by C0369 when the initialisation (mains connection) is executed?

Answer:
With regard to usability C4062 'E-Shaft setpoint cycle' was additionally implemented in ECSxP (Posi&Shaft)

C4062 serves for the user-friendly setting of the function master-frequency via CAN.
By setting C4062 the following settings will automatically be executed inside the controller:
  • C0369:    Activation of the CAN-Sync-telegrams and setting of the CAN-Sync transmitting cycle,
  • C0356/2: Activation of the master frequency data transmission via CAN2-OUT and setting of the cycle time.

Note:
In case of Posi&Shaft we do not recommend the direct entry of the CAN-Sync-cycle in C0369. A value deviating from C4062 can cause an interference of the function master frequency via CAN.
The setting changed in C0369 will get lost after mains connection, although it has been stored in  C0003, since C0369 is automatically overwritten by C4062 'Sync setpoint cycle'.
