Extension of the sine/cosine encoder monitoring

Function description
Due to EMC interferences on the encoder cable the encoder monitoring may be activated unintentionally (SD8 TRIP will be indicated).
Therefore, a filter by means of which occurring interferences can be masked out has been integrated. Via code C0559 a time (in milliseconds (ms)) over which the interference must be pending before a TRIP is activated can be selected.
