Application with minimum speed and setpoint deadband

Question:
How can the parameters of an application with minimum frequency and setpoint deadband with standard I/O or application I/O be set?

Answer:
The inverter does not fall below the minimum output frequency, which is set in C0239. When a standard I/O is applied the output frequency is set to this value, since no ramp generator is activated. When an application I/O is applied a ramp generator is available.
The frequency deadband of the analog setpoint is parameterized by means of the offset and the analog input's gain.
Example: When the controller is enabled, a drive is supposed to be operated with a minimum frequency of 10 Hz (20 % of nmax). The speed setpoint is determined via the analog input of an I/O module with a potentiometer. In the setting range 0...20 % of the potentiometer the drive is supposed to rotate with 10 Hz. The speed is supposed to be influenced by the potentiometer not before 20 %.

With standard I/O (Setpoint deadband = 20 %, fmin = 20 % (10 Hz), (Disadvantage: The speed is set to C0239):
C0019 = 0 Hz
C0026 = -20 %
C0027 = +125 %
C0239 = +10 Hz

With application I/O (Setpoint deadband = 20 %, fmin = 20 % (10 Hz)):
C0019 = 0 Hz
C0236 = C0012
C0239 = +10 Hz
C0413 = -20 %
C0414 = +125 %
