Description
In addition to the phase integrators PHINT1..4 known from the scope of function of the servo cam profiler a new 'TP capable' function block has been added with the PHINT5 function block, i. e. besides the conventional reset or load function the function block can also be set cyclically with a TP signal via DIGIN4 or DIGIN5 and the phase can be corrected. The TP correction can either be made via a parameterisable fixed speed value or in a variable mode via the PHINT5-TP-SPEED-LIM input. Thus the correction can also be made via a ramp function, e. g. if linked correspondingly with RFGPH2.
Moreover, the integrated master frequency signal can be evaluated via a numerator/denominator ratio and shifted via a phase offset. Thus, e. g. the variable stretch factor function may occur if the function block is used for generating a master signal / master shaft.
