Accuracy of display codes C0046, C0050, C0051, C0052, C0053, C0054, C0056, C0061

Question:

How precise is the presentation of the values in the display codes of the devices 8200 vector / motec?

Answer:

Accuracy of the display codes of the 8200 vector / motec:

C0046: NSET1-N1:                    no error
C0050: MCTRL1-NOUT:            no error (set frequency)
C0051: MCTRL1-NOUT+SLIP:   no error (output frequency at the motor terminals)
C0052: MCTRL1-VOLT:             approx. 2 %
C0053: MCTRL1-DCVOLT:        approx. 2 %
C0054: MCTRL1-IMOT:              approx. 5 %
C0056: MCTRL1-MOUT:             in case of v/f control < 30 %
in case of vector control < 20 % (with motor identification)
                                             (compare Function description C0056)
C0061: Cooling temperature: precise only in the range of the switch-off temperature

The display in code C0056 (by means of keypad or GDC) represents the actual torque in case of vector control or sensorless torque control. The precision is approx. < 20 % of the nominal value. By means of the analog output of the inverter much more precise value for the actual torque can be detected. The precision is approx. < 10 %.

Note:  The tolerances refer to the correspondent nominal value!
