Extension of the selection list for encoders

Function description
The selection list for encoders (code C0419) has been extended by SinCos absolute value encoders with Hiperface interface (single－turn and multi-turn).

Applications
The Sick-Stegmann encoder systems SKS/SKM 36 (with 128 increments) can directly be configured under code C0419 (C0419 = 308/408).
Moreover, absolute value encoders equipped with an interface which is compatible with the Hiperface can be directly configured as follows:
64 increments  C0419 = 3007/407
256 increments  C0419 = 309/409
