Systembus adapter EMF 2173 LPT-Port with PCMCIA card

Question:
Is it possible to operate the Lenze systembus adapter EMF 2173 for the parallel printer interface LPT also with a PCMCIA plug-in board for notebooks?

Answer:
Yes, this is possible. The PCMCIA card SPP-100 made by Quatech can be used for this purpose. You can learn from the instruction LPT1 connection with PCMCIA card which settings in the Windows operating system are required in order to operate the card impeccable with the systembus adapter EMF 2173.
