What happens?
The keypad does not display complete images or image lists.
When does the problem occur?
Dependent on their position on the page, images or images in image lists which have a width between 6 and 8 pixels are not displayed completely by the keypads H502 (in case of horizontal mounting) and H50.
Dependent on their position on the page, images or images in image lists that have a height between 6 and 8 pixels are not displayed completely by the keypad H502 (in case of vertical mounting - portrait).
Keypads with graphics capability (H410, H510 and H520) are not affected by this function restriction.
Possible diagnostics?
Check in the project component Images if images of the HMI Project have a width or height between 6 and 8 Pixels.
Short-term measures / recommendations?
Make sure that images with a width or height between 6 and 8 Pixels are not inserted in the HMI project via the project component Images.
Evaluation:
Dependent on the page position and on the image size, images or image lists are not displayed completely by the keypads H502 and H505. This function restriction is detected during commissioning at the latest.
