What happens?
Via menu item: Edit>Grid an object-grid, along which all objects (e. g. a touch key) can be snapped on one page, can be defined.
If an object is shifted to the right or below while the object-grid is activated this object cannot be shifted completely to the right or lower margin although the margin is situated directly on the grid.
When does the problem occur?
The response described above occurs if objects are shifted while the object-grid is activated.
This function restriction concerns all keypads with graphics capability (H410, H502, H505, H510, and H520). The text display units are not affected.
Possible diagnostics?
Check in the Grid dialog (menu item: Edit>Grid), if Snap to grid is activated.
Short-term measures / recommendations?
Inactivate the object-grid, before you shift objects to the right or lower margin.
Evaluation:
In case of an activated object-grid objects cannot be shifted completely to the right or lower margin. This function restriction concerns keypads with graphics capability only. If the object-grid is deactivated, objects on that page can be shifted without any restriction.
