USB to RS232 adapter

Question:
How can an online connection via Lecom (RS232) be created with the Lenze software tools, when the computer has no RS 232 connection?

Answer:
There are several USB => RS232 adapters on the market.
The USB 2.0 => RS232 adapter was tested (order no. 112315) Spectra Company. It is supplied with a CD that contains the required hardware driver of the adapter. When the driver is installed the adapter is indicated in the Windows device manager under available COM ports (RS232). The COM port no. can be freely selected. This set COM port no. can be selected in the Lenze software tools and then an online connection can be created via the adapter.
