Global Drive Loader is in the background when calling the online help

Which products are affected?
Global Drive Loader V1.x and V2.x

What happens?
If the online help of the Global Drive Loader is opened (e. g. via menu item?>Help topics) and closed again, the graphical user-interface of the Global Drive Loader is located as most bottom program on the windows desktop. This means that after closing the online help the Global Drive Loader may be completely covered by another WINDOWS window and may thus be impossible to be seen by the user.

When does the problem occur?
The response described above can be observed if in addition to the Global Drive Loader further windows which overlap with the graphical user-interface of the Global Drive Loader are opened on the WINDOWS desktop.

Possible diagnostics?
The WINDOWS task bar still indicates the Global Drive Loader as an active program.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
The Global Drive Loader can be moved back into the foreground by using the WINDOWS task bar or by pressing the key combination <Alt>+<Tab>.

Evaluation:
When opening and closing the online help the Global Drive Loader is located as the most bottom program (in the background) on the WINDOWS desktop. This function restriction has no influence on the download of the files.
