What happens?
When DDS is being installed, the following message occurs:
DDS 2.2.6.0 already installed
If the message is confirmed by clicking on the button <OK>, DDS is installed without problems.
When does the problem occur?
The message described above occurs if DDS V2.2 was already installed on this PC, was then uninstalled and is now to be installed again.
Possible diagnostics?
None.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
This function restriction will be eliminated in the next DDS update.
Evaluation:
When installing DDS, a message occurs which states that this DDS version has already been installed, although the version was previously uninstalled from this PC. The installation can be continued despite this message.
