Which products are affected?
8200 vector, 3 kW to 11 kW, version C, all types (from ID / material no. 45x xxx on)
What happens?
Because of an unfavourable combination of general tolerances in the production of the screws and threaded bushes, occasionally it is possible to strip the threads if over-thightened when fixing the screening plates to the inverter. The threaded sockets do not get damaged by this action.
When does the problem occur?
The problem can occur when the screening plate is fixed to the inverter.
Possible diagnostics?
The screws turn freely. The screw connection between the screening plate and the inverter cannot be established anymore.
Short-term measures/ recommendations?
By changing the screws at the screening plate into standard M3-screws the screw connection can be ensured.
Evaluation:
This error is not critical and can be eliminated by changing the screws against standard M3-screws.
