Question:
Which measures can optimise the flying circuit?
Answer:
Generally, the flying process of the 8200vector/motec frequeny inverters for 4-pole motors is optimised.
The below measures, where the result of the flying process is not sufficient, can improve the drive behaviour.
The operation of the flying restart current can be optimised by the following measures:
- Execute a motor identification run, so that the inverter error compensation characteristic is stored in the frequency inverter.
- For 2-pole motors double the flying restart current. For this purpose in code C0311 set bit 2 to bit 1 (value 4), e. g. C0311 = 5 (basis: default setting)
Note:
GDC does not store the inverter error compensation characteristic, and consequently, transmission to another frequency inverter is not possible with GDC (in this case the motor identification run is to be executed again).
