Extension of the input assistant for motor data

Application:
The correct motor/controller parameters for a specific motor type are set via the 'input assistant for motor data' by selecting the motor type.

Description:
The input assistant for motor data has been extended by the ECS variant and the 8200 vector/motec. As a result, a more comfortable parameter setting of the motor data is provided.
  • Extension of the ECS by parameters for the motor temperature evaluation.
  • The button of the motor data assistant is active if a Servo PLC or an ECS axis is found. An entry in the PDB is not required for this. The motor temperature sensors of the MCS motors (MCS09-MCS19 series) have another characteristic. Therefore, standard values of the codes (1190-1192) cannot be used. The extension of the motor data assistant observes the codes adjusted to the MCS motors.
  • The controller is inhibited under C0135 via the motor assistant during the motor selection. This is also the case if the controller has been inhibited before via terminal 28. When closing the motor data assistant the controller must be enabled again via the start button.
  • 230 V motors in GDC: Up to now the motor list in GDC (shown in the following screen shot) does not offer the opportunity to select motors at 230 V operation via code C0086. Motor data are to be entered manually in case of 230 V operation. There is no message indicated that the entry must be made manually or that the settings for 400 V / 87 Hz are valid. A selector button 400 V / 230 V has been implemented as function extension. After selection of code C0086 this button enables the selection of the operating mode and thus the automatic setting of the correct motor data.
