Answer:
The GDC software must contain following device description files in the corresponding paths of GDC for the firmware versions of the 9300EP:

9300EP V6.1, V6.2:

device description English: GDC/PDB/044 / 9300v612.pdb
function block editor: GDC/FBE/DAT / 9300v252.fbb
for configuration comparisons: GDC/FBE/DAT / 9300v202.cfg

9300EP V2.5, V2.6 (temporäre Varianten):

Tipp:
New device description files would be required only if in the following firmware version additional codes or function block inputs were implemented. This is not always the case, so that the existing files can partly be used for new firmware versions. Therefore, the version keys of the files do no correspond to the firmware versions.
