Program example for DeviceNet AIF communication module EMF2175IB

Description:

The download-files contain program examples and descriptions for the parameter transfer by means of Explicit Messages between Lenze drive controllers with AIF-interface (8200 vector/motec and 9300 range) with DeviceNet AIF-communication module EMF2175IB version 1.1 / 1.2 and Allen Bradley PLCs with DeviceNet scanners.

System requirements:

Each ZIP-file contains two program examples with corresponding descriptions:

The program example is applied for RSLogix500 Revision 4.50.00 for the hardware SLC5/04 with the 1747SDN-scanner.
The program example is applied for RSLogix5000 Revision 12.03.00 for the hardware FlexLogix5433 with the DeviceNet scanner Daughtercard 1788DNBO.

Comment: For parameter access the programs use a method via the Lenze-specific class 100 (Class 64hex), which is not DeviceNet-specific.

Software installation:

Unpack the ZIP-file Example_ExplMess_V10_de.zip (German description) or Example_ExplMess_V10_gb.zip (English description) on your PC in any directory.
A double-click on the program file .RSS (for RSLogix500) or .ACD (for RSLogix5000) causes loading of the program editor automatically and the program file is opened.
