What happens?
The starttec sporadically generates the TRIP error message Er252 (phase failure or wrong phase sequence) although there is no phase failure or wrong phase sequence.
When does the problem occur?
The problem occurs sporadically.
Possible diagnostics?
A TRIP is set although there is no phase failure or a wrong phase sequence.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Operation can be continued by changing code C0122 to value 1 (warning instead of TRIP). As a result a warning is generated only but the operation is not interrupted.
Evaluation:
Since the starttec changes to a safe status (Trip), a critical behaviour does not occur. If the phase sequence is actually wrong, this is detected during commissioning since the drive does not start.
