This function restriction occurs when the operating mode 'Vector control' (C0014 = 4) is active, the process controller is not used (C0238 = 2) and the controller is inhibited.

Evaluation
When the controller is inhibited, code C0051 indicates a wrong value. Actually, 0 Hz should to be indicated since when inhibited, the output stages do not output any rotating field frequency. Since the drive is inhibited, the display is not relevant.
