Winder, dancer positioning controlled, with diameter compensation

The presented signal interconnection uses the sensor compensation in the Appl. I/O for simulating a diameter calculation. It is suitable for winders and unwinders with dancer positioning control.

Note:
The solution presented was applied for realization of a cable winder of a wire netting machine (speed setting range: 0 – 4 m/min, diameter setting range: 125 – 315 mm).
