Answer:
The number of timers, which can be applied to one operating unit, depends on the version of the HMI Designer and the selected operating unit.
In case of HMI Designer version 1.6 for…
- ... the operating unit H310 max. 20 timers can be used.
- ... the operating units H315, H410, H502, H505, H510 and H520 max. 32 timers can be used.
Please consider that timers with the same interval time can be used in max. 16
automatic operations.
In the menu
Configuration>Timer of the HMI Designer the interval times of the timers can be fixed. The interval time of each timer can be adjusted in a grid between 100 ms and 25 s. If the timers are defined, they are always active and restart automatically, when the interval time of the timer has been expired. The timers are not battery backed, this means, when the operating unit is switched off all timers are reset, independent from the fact, if the operating unit has a back-up battery or not.
