Loading the ramp function generator from the process controller

Which products are affected?
ESP-SPAC-Wnd1 – Winder Software Package V2.0

What happens?
The outputs of the L_WndProcessCtrl function block are calculated incorrectly after loading the actual value into the ramp function generator. This loading procedure is activated by a TRUE signal at input bLoadAct. The outputs are calculated correctly again after the set filter time (wTConst) has expired five times.

When does the problem occur?
If the set filter time (wTConst) is larger than zero and the setpoint ramp generator is loaded. The function block must not be reset via the bReset input.

Possible diagnostics?
None.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
Deactivate the low-pass filter of the function block by setting the filter time constant to zero. Program the required filter function externally, preceding the function block, by using the L_PT1 function block of the LenzeDrive.lib.

Evaluation:
In most applications, the input signals are smoothed separately and the function block filter is not required. Moreover, the function restriction can be avoided by applying the measure described above.
