What happens?
The H510 keypad only displays the first 4 lines of an information message indicated on the help page.
When does the problem occur?
Although the HMI Designer provides the option to enter up to 17 lines on the help page belonging to an information message, the keypad only indicates 4 lines.

None.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Do not enter more than 4 lines on the help page of an information message.
Evaluation:
The text of an information message can contain 5x30 characters. Due to the function restriction the help page is reduced to max. 4x34 characters. In most cases the number of characters is sufficient for indicating the message.
