The drive controller identifies an incorrect input signal at DIGIN6.
When does the problem occur?
If input E6 is not assigned (e.g. relay contact is open) the input signal of DIGIN6 can be set by changing the polarity from DIGIN1 to DIGIN5 (C0114/1 ... 5). The input is only reset if the polarity of DIGIN6 has been changed to High level active (C0114/6 = 0).
Possible diagnostics?
Via GDC the diagnostics of the function block editor or the terminal monitor dialog indicate the signal status identified at the input DIGIN6.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
None.
Evaluation:
DIGIN6 is not suitable for safety-relevant functions.
