DCALC, error when calculating the diameter

Which products are affected?

9300 vector 0.37…90 kW SW V2.1

What happens?

The output DCALC-D-OUT always indicates the value of Dmin although there is another diameter.

When does the problem occur?

If C1302 is set = 48 rev (selection of the integration interval).

Possible diagnostics?

Read out C1302.

Short-term measures/recommendations?

Enter another value under C1302.

Evaluation:

The error immediately occurs during commissioning. A slight change of C1302 avoids the function restriction.
