Faulty analog output signal of function block INT2

What happens?

The output INT2-AOUT of function block INT2 is limited to the parameter under C1351. C1351 is a normalisation factor for FB INT1.

When does the problem occur?

When using function block INT2.

Possible diagnostics?
  • Change C1351 and evaluate the influence on output signal INT2-AOUT.
  • Evaluate the angle of rotation at INT2-POUT and normalise it via CONVPHA1 and if necessary via a further CONV1.

Short-term measures/recommendations?

Evaluate the angle of rotation at INT2-POUT and normalise it via CONVPHA1 and if necessary via a further CONV1.

Evaluation:

The error occurs immediately during commissioning.
