Controller inhibit is not identified in case of LU (undervoltage)
Which products are affected?
9300 vector 0.37…90 kW SW V2.1
What happens?
The controller inhibit of all sources (terminal X5/28, CAN, AIF, C0135 …) is not recognised. Parameters dependent on the controller inhibit can neither be changed via GDC nor via keypad.
When does the problem occur?
The electronics is supplied separately via terminal X5/59. If the controller is enabled, the DC-bus voltage falls below the LU switch-off threshold (e.g. if the mains is disconnected). As a result, an LU status is generated. The controller is inhibited e.g. via terminal X5/28 after indication of the LU message by the drive controller.
Possible diagnostics?
In the status line at the bottom right of GDC, 'CINH' is not indicated in the field on the left-hand side of the field 'IMP'.
Correct: Fig. 1
Wrong: Fig. 2
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Reconnect the mains if a controller inhibit is pending. The controller inhibit is recognised now. Disconnect the mains afterwards again.
Evaluation:
A parameter change in the status mentioned above usually occurs only during commissioning. The error can be eliminated by applying the workaround described.
