Which products are affected?
9300 vector 0.37…90 kW SW V2.1
What happens?
The motor identification is not started although GDC indicates 'Motor Ident run'.
When does the problem occur?
If the motor identification is activated via C0148 while a trip is pending. Afterwards a TRIP reset is executed.
Possible diagnostics?
Read out the current motor current from the monitor window displayed in GDC. If the motor identification is correct, a current with a changing current intensity is injected into the motor.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Inhibit the controller, carry out a TRIP reset, check for faultlessness (to be checked via C0168/1 = 0) and restart the motor identification.
Evaluation:
The faulty behaviour occurs immediately during commissioning and can be corrected by applying the workaround described above.
