Which products are affected?
Application I/O ≤ SW 3.1
What happens?
The calibration codes C0500 and C0501 can be used to calibrate signals (e. g. setpoints) in such a way that the keypad indicates a process variable with a selectable unit. As a result, codes C0010 and C0011 are scaled automatically when changing the calibration via C0500 and C0501.
When does the problem occur?
If process variables are calibrated via C0500 and C0501.
Possible diagnostics?
Display of codes C0010 and C0011 as calibrated (modified) values.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
None.
Evaluation:
This error is a display error. The values entered under C0010 and C0011 are correctly processed in the control program when beeing evaluated with the calibration factors (C0500 and C0501).
Example:
without calibration (see formula 1):
Calibration factor with default setting = 1
C0011 = 50 x 1 (calibration factor)
with calibration factor (0.5) (see formula 2):
Calibration factor = 0.5
C0011 = 50 x 0.5 = 25 => Display value under C0011 = 25
