Display of the wrong error code during batch operation

Which products are affected?

Global Drive Loader Version 1.x, 2.0

What happens?

Although an error has occurred during 'Batch' operation error code 0000h is indicated in the protocol file.

When does the problem occur?

In the 'Batch' mode the GD Loader processes a script defined by the user in which every action is defined by a key. If a key required for the download is missing in the script file for the 'Batch' operation this is identified as an error (e.g. script error, value 'NumberOfDevices' not found) in the protocol file (log file) but the error code in the right column indicates 0000h.

Possible diagnostics?

ERROR is indicated in the second column of the protocol and the description of the error starts with a script error.

Short-term measures/recommendations?

The function restriction has been eliminated with GD Loader version 2.1.

Evaluation:

The GD Loader identifies an error in the script file. Only if the error is documented in the protocol file the error code is not indicated correctly.
