Replacing and reloading cam profile data (motion profiles) in the 9300 servo cam profiler.
Activation of the motion profiles changed during operation of the machine.
Use and interchange of motion profiles in the 'absolute' data model.
Function description
After the transfer of motion profiles according to chapter 5.8 of the Manual reloaded motion profiles could only be accepted by the current data field for being processed if the affected profile was not used at the same time. Therefore, the alternating use of two profiles with max. 256 points for each of them was intended for the application of reloaded cam profile data. Thanks to the function extension via code C1307 'cam init mode'= 1 the acceptance of a prior imported value table can even be forced during operation of the machine if CDATA-LOAD = True and a False -> True signal at CDATA-RESET.
Requirements:
CDATA-CYCLE = False.
To be used exclusively for master values in CW direction of rotation.
The new and the old motion profile should be similar in the range of the acceptance position (gradient and resolution) since compensating motions are carried out by using max. torque.
Example:
The signal flow chart below demonstrates the useful activation of a reloaded profile by using DIGIN1 in the zero crossing of the x-axis. The reloaded profile may vary with regard to the clock pulse length (x-axis), upper range value (y-axis) and number of points.
