What happens?
The download into the application data memory (CAM motion profiles) is aborted.
When does the problem occur?
If another SDO channel is used to communicated with the controller during the download of application data the download may be aborted.
Possible diagnostics?
None.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
During a download into the application data memory another CAN communication with the controller must not be carried out. The CAN communication must completely be removed form the Servo PLC. If the error has occurred it can be eliminated by mains switching.
Evaluation:
The error only occurs in case of a commissioning or program optimisation since a download into the application data memory is not possible during operation. The error can be avoided by applying the measures mentioned above.
