What happens?
When using the motor potentiometer function and the configured minimum frequency (C0010 > 0 Hz) a lower output frequency than the one specified as minimum frequency (C0010) can appear.
When does the problem occur?
If a motor potentiometer input is activated after the controller enable, before the minimum frequency has been reached or exceeded a field frequency lower than the minimum frequency (C0010) can appear.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
Configure the motor potentiometer function on PCTRL1-NADD (C0412/3 = 3). In this case the minimum speed frequency can always be entered additively to the motor potentiometer value via C0140. It has to be observed that the last motor potentiometer value will not be saved if the motor potentiometer is linked with the PCTRL-NADD signal (the setting under C0265 has no effect).
Evaluation:
It is possible to approach field frequencies lower than the set minimum frequency (C0010). In case of pump applications this can lead to risky situations for the machine.
