How is the reaction?
At negative speeds the output values for the interpolated speed and angle were erroneous.
Possible diagnostics?
The interpolation values at the output of the FB are erroneous for negative speeds.
If a fixed speed is defined, in one case with a positive sign and in one case with a negative sign, the output values should only differ in the sign.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
None. The FB can only be used with a positive direction of rotation.
Evaluation:
The FB is only used in a few, special applications. The erroneous interpolation can be traced during the programming phase. The functionality for the interpolation can be programmed out in IEC1131.
