What happens?
The digital input E4 on the ServoPLC9300 cannot be set in the parameters as a TouchProbe input for TouchProbe positioning.
When does the problem occur?
On the ServoPLC9300 the digital inputs E1-E3 are intended to be used as TP inputs for TouchProbe positioning. The TouchProbe input E4 is used as a reference signal when referencing in the modes 6-11. It is not possible to set the parameters for E4 for TouchProbe positioning.
Possible diagnostics?
No interface is available for setting the parameters for the TP input E4 in the template.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
On the ServoPLC 9300 the inputs E1 – E3 can be used for TouchProbe positioning.
Evaluation:
An unexpected malfunction in operation cannot occur as it will be clear when setting the parameters that only inputs E1 – E3 can be used for TouchProbe positioning.
